it reminds me of the book The Pact by Jodi Picoult, they were best friends like siblengs and then when it escaladed into more than that she gets deppressed and decides to take her life... you should pick it up!

abuseI can tell that you're one for dramatic exit lines. The last lines to your chapters always get me.

abuseI love the moral of this story, and how the character confronts what she knew all along. How trying to fool herself will never work. The only thing I can really say is I wished there was some contrast in the story. Right now it seems to have one level of sadness throughout the story. For example, if her world was crashing, but the setting or tone around her was bright, (bad example I know) I think that would pin point a struggle within herself revealing frustration or anger or a rainbow of other emotions, making the realization hit home harder for the character and in turn for the reader. Overall though, I did really like the story.
