Dep." Really, honestly to God, you have a most intriguing way with words. My favorite part was: "And why do you busy yourself grating/ fake bruises into your skin?/ -Your pencil should be spitting Geometry…" Who the hell who describe such a thing like doing Math in such an alarmingly interesting way? If I was a psychologist/psychiatrist with money, I'd pay thousands just to see how you think and view the rest of the world. Seriously. This is bafflingly amazing and amazingly baffling at the same time. It makes me want to find out if there are other people out there who think and write as you do, but at the same time it makes me want to crawl back to my romance and fantasy/humor novels, too, because you...you are just deep. Like, finding out how deep you are would be/should be an Olympics event. For me, anyway. So, yeah. It was, well, amazing. |

(The doodling on the Rubik's cube, pencil spitting geometry, 3d hearts, etc., Etc., ETC!)And the way you have such informal nicknames, (little darling, baby doll, Pants on fire Liar). I also love how you go from such formal words like "compulsive desktop-changer" to "Bend yo ruler 'til it snaps." AWESOME! And the image of flicking on and off the lights until your eyes dilate! I love the way your mind works! :D Love your work. Keep writing. |

| Drallimer 2008-05-08 ch 1, | abusei hope this is the closest you come to ever writing one of those, "I'm a horrible, fat cow and the world would be better off if it just upped and swallowed me." it's very witty and i probably wouldn't have gotten half of it if i wasn't your best friend. love it. it's less opaque (ooh smart, deep people, randy kirk word) than most of your poems but that suits. it totally puts your procrastination-itus under a magnifying glass and the mocks it. "And doth mock the meat it feeds on." |
