As someone who finds interest in puppetmaster poetry, you really deliver. The chessboard analogy was near-perfect, as pawns are essential to a puppetmaster. The italicized text compliments the other lines extremely well. You seem to take a bunch of puppetmaster references and expand on them, something that the entire poem benefits from. You did an excellent job with this. |
