However, I think this poem is a bit deeper than Carrol's nonsense. I haven't quite been able to figure it out yet, but good job nonetheless! |
| Tytherpol 2008-05-17 ch 1, | abusehi i have a brilliant plan: you can take the dough and pretend to go to therapy but really not then you can send it to me for college! :):) it sucks that they're making you attend therapy sessions. not that we could afford them, but even if we could, i'm pretty sure my parents would deny i had a 'problem' as long as they could then pretend i could work myself out :) w/e totally irrelevant. cool poem. the flow was really interesting. have you ever read the book 'i never promised you a rose garden'? i haven't read it in years, but (you know how you generally associate a feel with a book when you're reading it?) for some reason this poem gave me close to the same feel i remember and i guess because the book is about a mental patient this poem is hard for me to describe. it's humorous, but it also has the planned falseness that is a little heartbreaking. i don't know. i liked it, anyway. yours, ~ty. |
