My favorite out of everything i've read from you so far. Utterly entrancing; great word choice, I don't think you (or almost anyone else for that matter) could have written it better.

I really like the lion/sheep pride/humility metaphor going on here but I would have liked to see more on the sheep unless you are trying to get across that the person is mostly prideful? Anyway slightly confusing but enjoyable.

I love your images, and that you tell a single story: both rare enough on FictionPress.

I'm confused by your theme. First you seem to dis your lion for being part sheep. Second you pine for your sheep-lion-boy-man. So which is it? Some people think poetry is good for its ambiguity; I think that's usually a cop-out.
