| Isabella22 2008-08-04 ch 3, | Aww Hecate sounded sweet. :) Good job! I can't wait for the update. This is so interesting! |
| ShockingReality 2008-06-11 ch 3, | Haha, I studied this myth in grade seven, I had to do a dramatic representation of it with a few friends and everything. And even then, I never really quite got the story like you did...you really helped me connect with it. Good job, I really liked it, and I also liked your vocabulary range. I'll confess that I Googled "cerulean" to figure out what it meant... |
| IlovetheCoreys 2008-06-09 ch 3, | I agree with the post before me. You really need to watch the sentences that begin with "I." Anyway, keep up your beautiful work! |
| Sebastian Osprey 2008-06-09 ch 3, | Aw, I like Hecate, she's really sweet. Hades is, too, and Persephone is... well, she's just oblivious right now. Nice chapter. One thing I'd suggest is finding a few different ways to begin your sentences (this is a constant problem for me when writing in first person). For example: "I crossed the room to the door, taking a moment to situate myself." ...Could be changed to: "Crossing the room to the door, I took a moment to situate myself." ...so that not all the sentences in a paragraph begin with "I". I love your writing: update soon! Osprey |
| Munchkin!! ^^ 2008-05-24 ch 1, | hiya Court! Guess who?! lol! Anyways, it's very good! I loved it! ^^ Really great job! Keep up the good work, lovely! |
| Sebastian Osprey 2008-05-24 ch 2, | I love the dialogue between them. Amazing work--update again soon! Osprey |
| IlovetheCoreys 2008-05-24 ch 2, | Oh, brilliant! Keep up the awesome, lovely work, as always. |
| DarkAzmaria 2008-05-23 ch 1, | I really like your story and how everything was presented. I love Hades and Persephone's story out of all the other myths (I like the story of Eros and Psyche, too). Keep up the good work! |
| Sebastian Osprey 2008-05-22 ch 1, | Oh, this is absolutely lovely. I love Hades and Persephone (for that same reason, I don't particularly like Demeter...). Are you going to continue this? Please say yes! Osprey |
| Chip Douglas 2008-05-21 ch 1, | This is always a fun story - you should include a part II about the pomegranite seeds and all. It would be interesting to see what's going through her head at that time. Persephone's voice sounds so contemporary, too! I like that. |
| XCgirl 2008-05-17 ch 1, | I like how it's been written in both of their POVs, especially of how it shows Persephone's apparent willingness to go with Hades. The story I've been told always portrays Hades as completely selfish, but this version shows a more vulnerable side of him that makes him that much less deplorable for carrying Persephone off. |
