This is just awesome. First of all, it is about a rat. I like his name, although I don't know how one would pronounce it with those symbols... Second of all, it is humorous and really interesting... okay, so my vocabulary is not good enough to sufficently describe it... anyway.

I like the part about humans serving the cars, (stupid twolegs!) and your word choice is particularly good. Eloquent and um, worshipful. I wish I could manage to create a story that is both very short and very good... Awesome! :D
