You could actually make this into a song... I like the relation between summer and song. "Let me be your sound of summer" I love that sentence; so lyrical. "Forget those rains that are bringing down these memories" is kind of niggling me though... Maybe it's the fact that 'rain' is plural and the repetition in 'those' and 'these' in the same sentence? Other than that, it's good. "sing to the sound of the melting ice cream" haha, I love!
