I really liked the story. I love the voice of the character, and the fact that we both wanted the same winner for ANTM.

My only issue with the story, that kinda turns me off, is the age of the characters. They just don't...seem to be in 8th grade. Perhaps 9th, 10th grade? I don't know.

Other then that, I really do enjoy the story.

I like the plot so far.
I don't know how old you are, but it seems just from the age of the characters in this story that you're probably in the eighth grade as well. So really the only thing I don't like is the age of the characters, and I thought honours classes were only available in high school.
Otherwise, it's really good, and you should continue writing it.
