caviar for elephants 2008-05-26 . chapter 1wow, incredibly crafted. Your style, I love it. It was definitely what I needed. I love this a lot. You've got so much talent. "she spins her reality into a synonym for essential non-existence" I love this line, it is brilliant. Although it is short, it is really quite beautiful and powerful. I feel you ended it perfectly as well. Wonderful job! |

Wow, this was quite a piece. :) I really loved it. My favorite part was... well, to be honest, all of it.
I very much liked: "she has never been beaten, never been held, never been broken, never been healed." As if to say, yes, she may not have that horrible life of an abused child... but she doesn't have the life of someone who is loved either. She has... nothing - no bad and no good. But having no good isn't as bad as having no bad is good. (If that made any sense whatsoever.)
I really liked the "eyes blazing honest." It sounded almost... innocent? I don't know. Just - yeah. -shrug-
