hellos! I just wanted to say that this was one of the most amazing stories I have ever read. Most of the stories on here, I can read it over several days, but this one, I just couldn't seem to stop! You really have a talent for making ordinary people seem so extraordinary, from the way they feel like they can relate to the character, but have no relation at all at the same time. Apart from a few grammatical errors, this was also one of the most flawless ones I've read as well. I'm certainly looking forward to reading your Difference story as well now. I do hope that you'll continue to write in the future because I'm sure that I'll stay a dedicated fan. Fantastick job, and keep this up. (;

okay so I know this is quite embarrassing, and I know u already finished the story but I just have to say something before the story is over and my dreams are crushed because Kate and Hal are over. Hal and Katie are the cutest, realest couple ive seen on fictionpress in a long time. They are so good together and you are such a strong author which I guess is the point of your degree... I actually squeal like a little kid when I read this story. I just hope that I'll be as strong as an author as you are. This is probably one of the best stories on this website even if the idea is a little cliched. This is the only story of yours i have read and Im not done with it yet but i already love you as an author. I really think the world would be better if something you wrote got published :D Good luck in everything you try to do. And may I say that I'm also kind of jealous because I can't even get halfway through a story without letting my ADD getting the better of me let alone an entire story! Good Job :)

This is the best freaking story ever.

I love all the characters, how they are all so diverse and break the stereotype (like Katie and her violin).

It's also extremely well written, making it impossible not to get addicted to the storyline.

YOu could have fallen into the same plot about the movie star and the civilian, but you have completely pushed all the boundaries making it an excellent read.

Oh. My. Goodness. I have got to say that this story is everything I absolutely LOVE about a good romance, and more. I was hooked. So hooked, I might just read it again. It's really amazing. I have to ask you how you do this? How do you write chapters that seem to go on for ever? And how on earth did you draw the romance out? Try as I might I can NEVER do that! So annoying! I seriosuly love this story and I know you've probably heard that a million and a half times, but I know from experience that reviews ALWAYS help. :) You really made my day a whole lot better! OH my God! No one's ever dedicated a chapter to me :) IT was a great chapter, I'm sorry I haven't caught up, but you know... school, writing... life... :P I WANT HAL TO FREAKING KISS HER!

I just finished reading this story...in about a 24 hour period becuase it was so addicting. I loved it so much. And you know how Hal's Grandma's maid (I think he name was Bridgett...but that was also the name of the annoying five year old girl in the litte girls debutante class, so I'm not exactly sure) cried when Katie played her violin? I pratically cried after reading the last chapter (well not full out crying but I was definitely weeping on the inside) for two reasons: because this story is so amazing (I sat staring at the screen for like ten minutes saying "amazing," over and over again until my mom told me to find some new adjectives to use) and the second reason is that it's over D: I think I'm in love with Hal...like I have to urge to find someone named Henry Percy Monroe and immediatly marry him. After I marry said Henry Percy Monroe I will bear his children and name our son Henry Percy Monroe Jr. Wow, I sound like such a creeper (I assure I am not though).

To give you actual feedback, I'd say that the flow and plot of this story makes so much sense and it works really well. The arc was really good; I think that the characters stayed true to themselves throughout the whole story. And I loved that there was tangible development of Katie's character, she actually learned something in the story. I can find tons of other stories online that neglect the fact that main characters can have another purpose other than winning some guy's heart/develop and realize things like a real human would. Also I kind of saw a James/Lily relationship coming and at the beginning of the story when Katie reveals to Hal that she thinks James is a gentleman (to which Hal replies that he is definitely not), I kind of got the feeling that he was going to end up being an a-hole but I'm glad that it worked out that way(not only because it definitely lessened the obstacles of a real Katie/Hal relationship) but because it added a good subplot. From all of your characterization I could totally believe that Lily would give in to the guy that she considered her prince charming and it being set up that James was too good to be true helped her learn a lesson as well. And I really did not see the whole Katie's-mom-working-for-the-Monroes-secret going from Lily to James to Chad to Audrey (though Audrey telling the world was an obvious thing) even though Katie mentioned that Lily was terrible at keeping secrets :D

Wow, I feel like I've written an essay on your story but it was really fantastic. I bet you'll think I'm really weird for leaving this long review but I just want you to know how much I loved reading this story. Trust me, I will definitely read anything else you write in the future. Okay, creepy stalker reviewer is done with her long review now. :D
