Again, an interesting concept.

I like the fact that though he has money, he remains a hobo. A hobo by choice makes a much more interesting character.

I like the way even though he has "morals" he can't resist stealing what he wants, for no good reason.

I feel like you need to let us know more about the Genie and why he is in charge? How is it that he gets to make demands? I think that character needs some development to maintain a strong interest level.
