You're exactly right. Not all love poems should be sad. That would be a slap in the face to the other side of love, wouldn't you say? There is a reason everyone wants it.

I really liked this. The imagery and feelings in it were beautiful. I could really picture this sea glass person, a mosaic of light. Great job.

The first two lines in each verse are really good :)
