These lines were my favourite: "I am the beginning of a mistake. The melody of a thousand Brush stokes against the canvas Filling seams with feelings Painting threads in delicacy And the pressure point precision Of failing" and... "I was born with an expiration date Stained upon the sole of my feet But my soul has no say in how I choose To live. With dew and greenery. In some mossy labyrinth that blocks out The noise so that I may never write it." A-mazing. Beautiful. I was seriously on the verge of tears. saara x
