This is incredibly good. Critique viciously on me any day. You are right..nothing gets better without constructive feedback. I have issues with that at work right now as well. How can people grow, learn and improve without goals and realistic expectations, feedback and true constructive criticism. They walk through life in this happy bubble that some day the real world...will pop for them...leaving them horribly exposed and wondering what happened. The setback will leave them struggling to catch up to what is reality and by then they will be so far behind that it will be a true challenge to ever achieve a truly successful life and one they can be proud of with all of the goods and bads that made them the diamond they can become.
