I really like this poem, it's very well written and I like the words that were chosen. Domestic abuse is always tough to write about for me because it hits so close to home and sometimes it hurts to even read. However, somehow...You made it easy for me to read with the simpleness of the sentences, the to-the-point choices in words and wording and I genuinely liked it.
