Definitely worth going back and editing- for the spelling mistakes.
Other than that, this is really good. You can imagine this girl writing furiously on a note pad. I think many people can relate to this kind of confusion. It has a lot of truth to it. Sure it's not a regular story, more like a monologue- but shmeh. Regular gets old fast.

This was so pure and raw. I kind of felt like an intruder. Like I was reading a diary, doing something I shouldn't do.

It's always easy commenting from the sidelines, so I won't give my 2 cents. Besides, who really wants "advice" from a total stranger.
