I have to say this was very amusing, indeed. Loved David from the start, following his thought process was a really nice way to get to know him.

And then Alaster and Beral...? They're just as endearing! Gentlemanly and patient, they obviously know how to keep themselves in check. Totally loved the plot flow with this, you took your time and I felt like I could really believe the way Alaster and Beral developed their attraction to David.

David's attraction to them, not so much, unfortunately, as that latter part was more from the vamps' perspective but the conversations were good and solid, that David's character shone through.

Ha, this was really cute! I loved the characters, and it was a nice little romance. Rather fond of Nick, despite how little he appeared...I think the pastry-throwing won me over! Ah, and it had such a sweet ending, too! Good job!

David is adorable... but stubborn! Good thing the foolish boy finally succumbed to the smoldering vampires, m though I AM sad that he never got triggered and had to have desperate wanton tums with them. Though of course that might not be the best start to their relationship. Hem, so yes, probably for the best! Doesn't mean there can't be any 'what-if' fantasizing though... heh heh. Alaster and Beral rock, too, going all protective on that ass Neil.

Speaking of which- ALMOST CR. AWESOME. AWESOMEAWESOME. I am ALWAYS happy to see that.. ho ho and how awful it could have been, but he was rescued, perfect! That is exactly how the angst addict in me likes it...

With how rare you mention honest human-vampire relationships being, I'd like to see the reactions of other vampires to David. I can't se Alaster and Beral wanting David to live away from them once he had accepted them, but what happenes when Alyssa is ready to come home?
