The situation with the girl doesn't make much sense to me, I just can't see it happen for real. It's unrealistic, unfortunately.

In the last part, the encounter with the man, it was a bit confusing. I know it's supposed to be mysterious, but it completely changes scene suddenly and stuff which loses the reader.
