Oh, there are obviously still feelings there. Most definitely. And I'm kind of glad Rylee's mother interrupted Rylee almost telling Jonas she still loves him because it's way too soon for him to hear that. He was obviously hurt when she left and didn't keep in touch, so I think there are some bitter feelings that need to be dealt with before they try to rekindle what they had.

I just hope Jonas gets rid of Chamellia now that he knows Rylee's staying. Chamellia doesn't sound like she's changed at all. Jonas is smarter than that. I hope she was simply a rebound because he was missing Rylee or a way to try to forget about Rylee. Either way, I doubt he really has feelings for her.

Great first chapter, so good to read about the gang again and how's they've changed but remained constant all the same. Just can't believe he went back to her, how could Jonas do that! Didn't he learn anything from his past experiences and his mother?! Well no matter in time and with new chapters ;) I hope he'll see the light and Reily in it so he doesn't go blind :P

Yay, sequel!

I liked the first chapter. It was a nice introduction. The review of the previous story was a bit quick and to the point, but it worked. I also liked the careers given to the characters.

I can't wait for more!

I have to say that your writing is still wonderful. I was excited to get an alert for this, and thanks for your PM, too. I know some people don't like sequels, but I do because you get to see the characters older and more mature; you get to see how they've changed, and the people they've become. Yet, as a writer, you have to keep their original personalities intact somewhat, which is what you've done here beautifully. I have to admit, I've forgotten a little about the secondary characters, but it will come back to me the more I read, I'm sure.

I already love the plot, too. It makes sense that the long-distance relationship didn't work out. Jonas being with Chamellia is a shock, though. This is going to be really interesting. I do hope, of course, that Jonas and Rylee end up together, but it can't happen too soon. It will be fun watching them get to know each other all over again, this time as mature adults. They went through a lot when they were teenagers, so I'm anxious to see what you have planned!

Oh, one missing word: ...I hadn’t thought he would BE in a relationship with Chamellia of all people.
