I really like this poem its unique and its like a poem that contradicts itself

I like how instead of just saying "You make me confused," you say "Confused; you make me." It's unique, it stands out. It makes this a more interesting read.

I also really like the last 3 lines, they're relatable. Almost everyone has that one kiss that makes everything worthwhile, & it feels like the entire world is revolving around the two of you.
