This is very sweet. I like the rhyming of 'flames' and 'games'. The last line was so sweet and cute. When I saw 'teenage flames' I was thinking "Uh-oh, its going to become sad" But the word choice of 'innocuous' just reeled it right back to the innocent vibe that this poem portrays!

I don't usually like haikus but this was cute!
