well... that was certainly something. you gonna finish this one up or what? i mean, i like Dan and Rose, but i'm really interested in how you'd let this one play out. John and Rebekah seems pretty... i don't know about entertaining (at least not one a 'haha-they're-so-funny' sort of way), but it would defiantly be something new to read. i like the banter between them - it's sharp and witty. good job and i'm looking forward to seeing what you do with this one if you decide to pick it back up again. which i totally hope you do, btw. :)

You know you brought up a interesting point when John had asked Bekah about who is she sarcastic with--boys or teachers? From these past two chapters, Bekah had gotten John pretty flustered that it appears that John appear more to be a boy of Bekah's age than her teacher. He seems too shy to deal with Bekah's "assertiveness" which totally fits with the "nerd" title. Know what I mean? And, during times of their banter, I kept asking myself, hm, would I have felt comfortable speaking in such a way to my teacher? But then I was a rather shy teenager so Bekah's and John's conversation could be realistic. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm not sure if this is your intent, but sometimes I forget that John is the "adult" in this story. Could it be that he is new teacher and have yet to be accustom to teenagers and their ways?

Hm. Interesting. I liked it. Especially the awkwardness at the end there. Oh! And the washing machine line. LoL. That was great. Particularly inspired, i thought. And Bekah's thought that John's a "hot carpenter dude slash nerdy teacher". LOL. That was funny too. I also liked the greater depth we had in this chapter, rather than the usual frivolity. Made a nice change.

I wish i could think of more to say! Unfortunately though, i got nothing. That's not a bad thing though. It just means there's nothing bad waiting to be said. And yeah, i'd love a peek inside John's head. Update soon please!

Ok, so I finally finished this chapter. Not due to the content, but because I just have been busy lately. Even during my lunch breaks, I've been running errands. :(

Anyway, Bekah is so bad in teasing John that way. lol It's was so funny how she could get him so easily flustered. To call him Nerdy? I love it!!

On the side note, since I am so familiar with the Dan and Bekah pairing, I do constantly have to remind myself that this is John and not Dan. But I'm still open to this pairing and am still curious on how this story will turn out.

ahh. I like it! really. And I think it makes perfect sense. We're getting to know another side of John..and I like how Rebekah and Grace might help eachother. :D This story is new and different.

Personally, the silliness was a little much for me, but I'm glad I kept reading...hopefully this depth will continue...especially as they get more 'involved'...

Obviously, I'm a fan. I'm really, really, really thrilled with this chapter. There's a fantastic depth to it that I'm looking forward to. =)

LoL. I loved the banter between them outside the shop. LoL. It was cute and very 'smart-** Bekah'. Haha. She's going to give him an ulcer or something.

I honestly don't have a lot to say. I couldn't see anything i didn't like, or anything that was wrong. I CAN say that i prefered the second half of the chapter to the first, but that's probably because i still haven't completely warmed up to John, and Bekah acts as a kind of buffer.

But anyway! I look forward to the next chapter, and i'll go have a look at what you've sent me right now.
