It's an interesting metaphor, I especially like the use of repetition. ...It makes me want to tango. lol.

I like how you start with the repetition and then change up the lines a bit, that was interesting.

I also really like the whole metaphor of life being a ruthless tango, it's a unique comparison, but definitely very true and I love how in detail you go with it. It's a really great piece.

I love the first stanza! Wow! A beautiful piece. It's the sort of piece that would get analysed in English Literature exams... there are so many (perhaps unintentional? :p ) symbolic parts to draw out: the repetition of 'sitting in the shadow', the repetition in form of stanza, until the end, when the song/dance finishes. The rhythm of it all, the perfectly selected adjectives and metaphores. I love 'a lusty note', thats a gorgeous image! Lovely piece :)
