I really like your description "limitless sky" that was really pretty. I also like the last phrase, it leaves the reader to think about what he is searching for. One thing though the description "deep ocean" was a bit boring, I might work on a better word to describe the ocean.

Sometimes "cliches" are more than they seem if looked at closely. You seem to limit the search to an area of space/time that we are able to search. I like this one.
