this is really sad, made me almost tearful to read this, whoever wrote this entry should write a book on bathory, its beautiful

How on earth could anyone have pity on this woman, and that is what it reeked of. The monster's last days were more likely filled with plotting torture for the ones who imprisoned her.

No matter how much people supposed her as a true sadist with a long line of victims... I like to think of her as a victim herself, of the politics and the ignorance of the general public of that period. A very beautifully written last entry... XD

Well done! Excellent in fact. I have often thought of her - imprissoned as she was - and how lonely and isolated she had to feel in the last years of her life

pitiful side of The Blood Countess..but It's a karma...she does the massacre and I think it's deal

Is it beauty really important? I know it is a bit important for lady but is it worth to do that? Torture and killing young woman then having a bath with their blood? Why did she do that? Did it because only for beauty? This story is great. Love it

This is very good though most of the legends state she was only convicted of 80 murders. other than that I liked it.

this journal entry has really touched my heart. which really sounds corny but it does. anyways this women named elizabeth bathory shouldnt have been locked up as a prisoner because she had not done ppl say that she killed women her and called her a monster which is not true
