I think this is about the third time I've read this story. The first time I read it,I was 13. I'm almost 16 now. Every time I read it,I fall more and more in love. That may be because as I grow up,I understand the characters better...each time I relate better to them. The fact of the matter is that you have created characters and a story that have stayed alive in me. You've created a story that I've read countless times and still takes talent. I can see this Getting published and becoming a movie because the characters you write are so likeable and relatable. I don't know if you even get these any more, but I hope you do. And I hope it makes you smile knowing that your a stories have acted as an escape from my drama filled life.

It frustrates me that Cameron interrupts Leah on her date, gets pissy about something that is in no way his business (No way at all), and then she spinelessly apologizes... for what? Kissing her boyfriend and then being dragged out of the car like some possession? At the very least, Cameron should have apologized and Leah should have accepted. In my mind, Cam needed to show some humility by groveling or something. He really acted out of social bounds and common decency, making a fool out of her and accusing her of acting in a wrong way when she really was not. Cameron needs a reality check, badly.
My second concern was the teacher's negative comment about her students' ability to learn. Was it comic relief? Well, when they enrolled in a college level class and have given her no reason to believe that they should lack studiousness, it is really counter intuitive of her to put them down in such a way. It really is just going to make her life more difficult.
Other than the obvious grammar discrepancies and Leah's ability to slightly remind me of the character Bella from Twilight, I see a lot of potential in the way this story will progress, so I am going to continue reading it diligently.

Amazing story! Just enough of drama/stupid decisions/worried panicking to be realistic ,just enough of tension to be intriguing, and enough love and forgiveness to smooth it out into a happy ending. Plus amazing full and well written, believable characters and good writing style. A true joy to read.

Loved that Leah was cam's first kiss but how on earth did he date callie for months and not kiss her? And if he loved her so much, why did he not try harder?

Lots of love for this! Sometimes, there were whole bunches of cliches that seemed a bit unrealistic (eg- it being Cameron's 1st ever kiss, and Cam confessing on the stage bit), but I must've been in a real sappy mood (your story's that good), because I dismissed them pretty quick in favour of "aww"-ing haha!

This was SUCH a cute story! I'll tell you what parts I loved. The part where he stroked her hips underwater where no one could see. The part where his body 'folded' over hers when they were playing that game. How she was his first kiss and he'd been waiting for her all those years. The part where his hand spread over her back at her dad's wedding.

I loved it, loved it, loved it. made me all warm and fuzzy inside. I was a pile of mush by the end.
