Okay, yes I'm mad you didn't update. Me, I haven't completely forgotten this story, but I can't remember if this sounded like Melissa or not. I remember her as being fiesty and almost unforgiving for fear of being rejected. Here, she just appears to immediately warm up to Matthew, and it could be due to recent encounters. Him buying chocolates, and that picture and valentine she found. It may not be that hard Melissa I remember, but it's a Melissa who's let down her guard, and apparenly wasn't afraid to either, as you've clearly stated here.

Don't apologize for prioritizing. School is school, writing is writing. We (or at least I) understand completely. I can't wait till you update again though :)
