This was awesome. And I really mean it. For someone with such obvious talent and the ability to make a coldhearted person like me cry with a story... well, I'm impressed. And before you think I'm bullshiting you, listen. I have a really high standard for what I read. 99% of the stuff on fictionpress, I don't even bother to read after skimming through the first paragraph. And if you really wrote those songs and everything, then let me tell you, that's freaking marvelous as well. Take care.

I was just rereading this story, and when I was reading this chapter, I noticed something that bothered me. Do you have any idea how hard it is to sing in harmony? I've seen it take teenagers with amazing voices weeks of practice with a people who studied music (our band teachers) to be able to sing harmony for a song that we knew really well, and sometimes they still had problems with it. Even if someone has sand the song a million times, they probably still likely wouldn't be able to sing perfect harmony. First, when people practice singing, they usually sing melody, so they wouldn't know the harmony. Second, it's hard enough to hear a third above or a third below the melody. Trying to sing that is REALLY HARD without practice.

Okay, so this isn't my usual choice for a review. I like to offer something more substantial... but "Aw!!" and I loved this story. I laughed, I almost cried, and I cooed. Lol. Anyway, I especially found some of the observations about love that you made in here, about hurting and trying and forgiving, and about loving someone for their flaws (though I've never seen that actually work in whole in practice), very insightful. I also really like the way you worked in the drama without the overused cheating or pregnant ex-girlfriend. I also really appreciate how you didn't have them solving all their problems in bed. So, yeah, great story. Oh, yeah, and great ending! :)

Hey this is a great story! I can't wait to start reading the sequel! Have you thought about posting this in the Romance category? I think it would go over very well there! *shurgs* Just something to think about!
