Rayne! This story needs to have regular updates again! Pretty please?

I really love where you're going with this novel. From what you have posted here, I can tell it's going to be an awesome series. Like I said earlier, Ari is a kick-** heroine. I like that she isn't a meek little damsel; in fact, I love that she can take care of herself. I especially love that Ari is on the lam, even though she didn't mean to stay gone. It reminds me very much of Holly Black's VALIANT. Only cooler.

This is totally captivating. The chapter really draws you in, makes you want to keep reading. I feel like this is a better first chapter hook than the one for THE POISONER'S RING. I'll admit to being skeptical about this at first, because of the way your summary was written, but I'm glad I decided to try it. Ari seems totally kick-**. I'll keep reading and reviewing. You're a wonderful writer, Rayne. Keep up the great work, because it'll take you place.

I thought maybe reviewing this story might convince you to update soon. You know I really like this story and I swear it's not just cause of Beverley. It's an amazing story and I really hope you write more soon. Screw poisoner's game fans, I read you're stories before it was cool. So please, please, please update soon!

I am an abid follower of a couple of your stories. I love the poisoner's ring. And the continuation Ponsoner's Game is becoming just as good. I also recently read Hitch, and I stared at the bottom coner after i finished it trying to wil more chapters to appear. But this takes the boat.

I think this is amazing i love the detailing you put into this, no too much, not too little. As well as your descriptions of how people are feeling and why they do what they do. You have made the motivations of the characters understandable and relatable. I love it. I thik maybe that some of the descriptions of how the people look themselve could be a little more prevalent or mentioned, as calling to mind how they may look is sometimes, more difficult that it should be. However i an entranced by how they move and react to things just like they would be alive.

I mean no offense I just figured, since you seem to think this isn't as loved that I could tell you how much I enjoy this. And I have a bad tendancy to critique, but I mean no offense, just some ideas. I love this story and all of your wor I've read, although as I said this is my favorite. Keep with it. ^^

Kari Konoko

I was surprised to be introduced to more of Ari's friends. I hadn't thought they were actually going to play apart in the story. And finally, Ben's back!! But what a strange meeting. I wonder what makes Beverley immune to Ben's magic. Has everyone in this story got a freaky quirk? I loved how Bev described him - "a guy in a girl's jeans and a top hat" - I don't know why but something about that description made me smile when I read it.

And Matt's still as lovely (and perceptive) as always. It was really interesting to read more of Ari's story, to finally find out a little bit more about her. Very disturbing past it is too. I thought this chapter wasn't as descriptive as the other chapters but I guess that's because it was mainly dialogue. Though bits that stuck out to me were the bits about Oreo and how he looks. And the sound of Razor's lighter in the silence. Don't ask me why they stood out but they did. Thanks for the update. Look forwards to the continuation of Ari's past

First off, Congratulations on NANO! ^-^ I wonder if Coral is Ari's crazy alter ego or if she's someone else altogether. Ridges. Oh my, now your putting dirty thoughts into my head. Now i'm off to stalk some other poor soul's stories.^-^

Poor Steven, he gets no love. Are going senile in your young age Ari? Losing days like that. Personally, I hate the taste of coffee. I only like the smell of it. I hope you don't mind that I just comment on what I read. I suck at giving critiques.

Their strange group going to the zoo is sure to be interesting. I'll definitely read the poem. Now to the next chapter, yay!

Dammit I really want that cookie but I haven't got a bloody clue as per usual. And as for not asking why this was late I hadn't visited the site in a while...? *makes pathetic excuses* I really like the new character Coral, I love the power she seems to exude but I'm a little confused. I know it says that this took place two weeks earlier but is she still alive in the current story or is she actually dead? The name Gabriel of course immediately made me think of angels so maybe Coral's an angel too? The way she referred to Oreo as a human being makes me pretty sure she isn't one herself. And also she talks about a previous life, as in she's now dead. Yep, ok I've made my contribution - I'm voting Angel. But if that's the case why is a demon ie Ben in cahoots with her? Definitely an interesting character. And I'm very intrigued by "The Boss".

I'm reminded again how much I love Matt. And I agree with Ari: the nice ones are always gay. I really like your description of the zoo especially of the enclosures, very vivid. And also Matt's blunt way of putting things just makes me chuckle and the fact that he never cares that others seem to think it's unacceptable to speak of such things. And it's not because he's full of bitterness that he does such things, he just does it for ** and giggles and it's wonderful! As for Matt's fun fact - who'dda thunk? I really want to get to the next chapter already so that I can read Ari's recount of her tale and to see if Matt maybe has any useful (highly unlikey) input. Also I really want to know what's going on with Coral. And when is Ben gonna find his sister?!

awe my grand debut! i THINK i can probably guess whats going on with her... but i have an unfair advantage and i wouldnt want to ruin the surprise ;)

also... i know where you got that ridges thing from haha

erm, should we be worried that Ari seems to have somehow lost time? I particularly liked the bit where Matt says Tanya's going to be okay but then you get Ari's perception of the woman - and it's just so much more harsh yet realistic. Allows you just a brief glimpse of this broken woman. I dunno, it was just that little bit. I'm a bit confused about the other girl. Why did she say she was really sorry to Ari? I'm sure there must be a reason.
