I love the phrase "A storm of souls screams universe"! The more I taste it on my tongue, the more powerful the whole poem feels! This one goes into the packet, right up front! Well done, Zen Phoenix!

Boys! How many times do I have to tell you to play nice? Let me lay down a few classroom rules!
1) All goths are wannabes, not just Wrath of Cthulu.
2) Fiddlesticks, don't be afraid to be exactly who you are, even if the Nazis don't like it.
3) Lord Maggot, if you're going to drink wine in here, bring enough for the rest of us.

Some people should try to be like others. For who they are is deplorable and a joke...Wrath.

I find that mashed potatoes and white gravy goes very well with socially crippled little goths. And a nice bloody whine.

We are created in darkness, it is the light that is the illusion that surrounds us.

God damn it, Fiddlesticks. You're just jealous that I have the freedom to express myself while you're stuck there in the freaking Fatherland trying to hide your raging homosexuality from the judgmental eyes of your Nazi grandfather.

Best line in this poem is "We lost our way so long ago". It makes me want to turn around and run back into the forest we all came from and scurry up a tree. We're strangers on our own planet now because we've 'civilized' the hell out of ourselves. Look at the way other animals treat us - even they know there's something way out of sync with human beings. We've come so far that we're aliens and we can't work out our rage and loss in any other way than to turn against the womb we crawled out of - the Earth.

Wow, the whole thing makes me feel like I am trapped in a box with very little air. Darkness goes with you hand in hand like beer and sausage. You are the real deal. Not a fake emo or a goth wannabe like Wrath of Cthulu. The only thing that goes hand and hand with a guy like that is social ostracism.
