So, I was wandering through profiles on FP, and I came upon yours and realized I had actually read this story, and not reviewed it. Which may not seem all that important, except that I usually review stories that I enjoyed.

Nice work. Sometimes its really hard for writers to put reality down on paper cause we love living in the unreality so much more. So, for what its worth, I commend you for being brave enough to write about something real instead of something fantastical.

Even though, if you ask me, real life is so much for fantastic than our fantasies.

Anyway, I truly enjoyed your style and voice and characters and pretty much everything. Thank you.

a lot of their problems just seemed like problems everyone has at some point but the way you portrayed it added a lot of depth and emotion. i couldn't stop reading. i love how you've wrapped it up so that they've addressed the situation even though its not perfect, its realistic. jude is an awesome name. kee is one heck of a character and tyler is just adorable.

I thought you did an amazing job with this. It had a long of Australian slang (I guess that's what it could be called) that I thought was pretty cool since I never heard/read them before. My only complain about this story is Kee because she really pissed me off some times. It's nothing against your writing, just that her character annoyed the shit out of me at times! You seriously did an amazing job with this story :D

I understand that this is an excerpt but I'm still really confused with everything. Hopefully as the story continues, I'll be able to comprehend more of what's going on. I really like your writing style and I have a feeling this story is going to be a good one :)

Hey! I definitely have not forgotten what was going on in the story! You're story is very unique and quite unforgettable. I loved all your well rounded characters and the growth they underwent. I can't wait to read the epilogue and any other stories you may write.

I've read the whole thing - as you know - and sometimes it was really hard (read impossible) to feel sorry for Keeson, to understand where she was coming from. The chip on her shoulder was so large that it overshadowed what you were trying to get across.

I really hated her mother. From being such a weak woman in the beginning to becoming a mother who just ups and leaves her children for another man. Her mother disgusts me and if Keeson doesn't forgive her I wouldn't blame her.

Jude was great! A wonderful addition to the story and brought out a new side to Keeson. I wish you would have spent more time on developing their relationship.

Overall, I enjoyed the story, but those are the things that stuck with me. I hope you continue to write!

dont get why Jude is annoyed! I root for Kee, i mean his friends are rude and nosey.. and poor tyler, hes so cute but mistreated =(

Not really my favorite chapter. I hate how bitchy Keenson can be at times, especially to her father. I'm not really keen on her forgiving her mother either.

P.S. I missed Jude. I think he needs to be a staple from here on out ;)

Although I hated Kee at first, she's growing on me. And that was meant as a compliment. The fact that you could make her hateable was proof enough that you are a good writer.

Hey, this is odd for me because I don't usually review, which is totally hypocritical of me but whatever...

I just wanted to say that I also loved this chapter. Your character development is amazing, and I'm hyper aware of characters because its about the only thing I'm good at.
Honestly, your plot is a little along the lines of many other stories, but you've done something different with it, and I'm very glad I'm reading it.

This chapter was great. I'm going to have to agree with you and say it's one of my favorites too. I'm glad to see Jude and Keesan back together. I heart them :)

Somebody suggested this story to me and I'm glad they did - so far so good! It's much darker than your usual FP romance story, which is kind of refreshing in an odd way, and though Keeson isn't exactly likeable at this point, I can't say I wouldn't do the same in such a situation. I'm really interested to see her progression especially, what makes or breaks her, how it all goes down...

I'm glad Jude is back in the picture. I've missed him! It was also great to see a vulnerable Keeson. It's a side of her we haven't seen before.

However, I wasn't quite sure how Jude was just able to walk away after the fight. Maybe it's different in Australia, but shouldn't they all have been taken down to the station? And what was that scene between Jude and Dean? Did something go down in the past that we're not aware of yet? Did some girl that Dean knew get killed in the presence of Jude and he blames him?

So many questions, but I'm still loving the story.

Dude! You broke them up? Keeson's life sucks so bad, but sometimes it's hard to be on her side. She really should have been a little nicer to Jude's friends. Keeson is really making it difficult to stand in her corner. Really difficult.
