wow dude your writing has improved heaps - and that's hard 'coz it was so damn good before.

but shouldn't you try to finish certain stories coughdenovocough before you start another one? i've been waiting too long for your other updates =P not that this story is unwelcome or anything.

hope you can finish this after your tests in october/nov :) although you'd prob be out all day celebrating the end of the dreaded HSC

First, regarding the prologue: I must say you do an EXCELLENT job in defining your characters' personalities. They seem like people I might meet in everyday life, as opposed to certain characters created by other authors who are either wearily defined or sound too good to be true.

I like, also, that you italicize the moments prior to the accident, how you intertwine the series of events leading up to her death with narrative from her present state.

The end has a very dramatic, fitting clinch.

Secondly, Chapter One does not disappoint.

I like your vision of the afterlife. The way you describe it is cinematic, but believable. And I like the other apparitions hanging around, like Jack and Debbie. You seem to cover everything, very precisely, which is nice. And the whole thing flows really well and is easy to read.

I really enjoy this and hope you add to it!
