you shocked me at the end. i just feel that with all the beautiful imagery you lead me back into the mundane

"But today, I am fine with just laying,
Neither laying somewhere real,
Somewhere divine,
Nor suspended within time,

I am fine."

not that that's a bad thing, the rhyme works and it definitely leaves an interesting effect

I adore this. It just flows and flows and flows and then the last line just smacks you in the face. I LOVE the last line. And the poem as a whole.
