Wow! This is a beautiful image, with the unusual choice of vocabulary - slipping, sliding, twitches, a jerk etc. I like the way your mind works, it almost has a parallel vocabulary xD
And yes poetry is unpredictable, there is always a surprise lurking round the corner =)

okies! This is exactly how I feel at the moment!Because I just wrote this story for fanfic that I had all planned out but then when I actually wrote it it was like the opposite of what I planned. lolz!
Brilliant poem!

I enjoy reading short stories and poems such as this. In particular, I like where you broke your lines--your word choice as well. The last sentence, however, is lacking a period, and I did find it more or less confusing. Still, I like how you take readers step-by-step on a writer's "journey" if you will. Nicely written! C:
