I love the rhythm, the flow, the rhyming, the emotion, wording, EVERYTHING. ]

the last line seemed to throw of the rhythm ever so slightly, but whatever. I still love it!

I love this poem. It summarizes my thoughts on love (although I have no idea if that's what it was supposed to be about) with lines like "a repetition of the pain last year" or "a melody to the lonely heart." My favorite stanza was the third, which flowed very well, although actually the whole poem did. I'll have to go read more of your poems.

"A melody to the lonely heart." It's incredible how certain cords of music can connect so well with us; enchant us; move us to tears :)

I think in the last line, 'infatuations' should be either: infatuation's or infatuations'.
