I had no idea it would end like that! I had this idea throughout the whole thing that Amy had fallen in the middle of the road and the bright light was a truck running her over. All the different landscapes she was passing through were where her brain was taking her in the struggle to come up to consiousness while fighting drugs and painkillers.
