I simply love it.

I like the way it is not entirely clear whether it is actually written from the point of view of a toy doll or a person being likened to a doll- it is a very effective and disturbing metaphor! I shall have to take better care of my toys in the future, after reading this.

I also like the fact that I've no idea who the 'doll' is speaking to, or what they're speaking about, or what the 'alternative' found at the end is. It leaves the poem open; the emotions seem to be the important thing here, not the situation. A very good poem!
