The last part was my favourite - "never thought I'd turn from red/never thought I'd turn to blue/or ever fall in love with you"

it's so rhythmic and rhymed although not forcibly
it was fun to read
just overall great job.

I like this line: "and languid long and liquid lure" becaue of your wonderful use of alliteration.

In lines 4-7, I didn't like that they all ended with "and" because it made it feel like you were dragging the sentence on for too long.
