Oh wow. This whole entire piece just FLOWS so well. I read it out loud and not once did I trip over a word. Nicely arranged, indeed.

"Feast of flesh. I want. I want."

That line right there takes the cake. Not only does it create amazing imagery and atmosphere to the whole piece but the fact that the second "I want" is in italics emphasizes the whole feel of the narrator. You can tell that this person really has a desire.
