First of all, thank you for the kind review and apologies for returning the favour so late.

I thought this poem had a wonderful rhythm and some very vivid imagery. I even learnt a new word: defenestration. I honestly had not heard this word before.
I can relate a great deal to the feeling of this poem. The slow ways of summer are very recognizable.
