wow i can SO relate to this! its so honest and the words flow very nicely. i think theres always going to be some temptation cuz i haven't done it for almost a year but it still crosses my mind when i get really upset...good job & stay strong!

The temptation stays forever, as far as I can tell. But eventually, it's not always the first thought and it gets easier to resist.
