Only one word: amazing. I really love this and I'm addicted!. At first the way you numbered the chapters made me confused...but then I realized that it is numbered according to Tarot cards. And Puzzle is The Fool, am I correct?. I like her words, "I am a Child in search of the Eternal Truth." Those words reminded me of myself, indeed.
Does Rage killed Shadow? If she does, I'm pretty sad :( I like Shadow. He is my second favorite character...my first is Death (lol). My third and fourth are Eulogy and Freedom ^^

I've really enjoyed finding this story, I'm a sucker for latin references so as soon as I saw the title I was keen to take a look. So far I've only read the prologue and chapter one but I'm greatly enjoying the mood you've established.

It reminds me a little of Neil Gaiman's American Gods or Caroline, just in terms of that subtle creepy supernaturalism behind a mundane setting. It's a genre that I really like and I think you're doing it well.

One mild criticism would be the description of the boiler explosion in chapter 1. Everything else in chapter 1 is definitely from Puzzle's point of view, when the explosion occurs it zips into the omniscient third person just long enough to tell us that the boiler had exploded and who it has killed, then we're back to Puzzle's point of view again. Reading that bit threw me for a bit of a loop.

The story has already caught my attention and I'm intrigued to see where it goes from here. I look forward to reading some more.

I feel this chapter is the real beginning, the place the story really picks up. Write more please!
Empathy is the only character I feel 'empathy' towards.. Oh, and Rage, too. Puzzle is just starting to grow~

This reminds me a little of the book The Meq, but it is sadder by far.

It is strange that this story has no reviews, although that could very well be because the story itself is strange. It is utterly unique. However, the characters are cold though they are intriguing and the story takes patience to follow. But it is a world of wonder that you've created. I love the scene with Reverie. Such mystique.
