David, David, David. I can't believe I had you as a favorite on this thing for years before I realized this was you. Boy do I feel dumb. I like this poem, by the way. I'm a huge fan of using ancient myths and gods to make a point, since they play so well to allusion. Your wording is beautiful and fitting, and the almost stream of consciousness is fitting and natural. You have a beautiful way with words, my dear.
