your story is amazing... it reminds me that I shouldn't always choose the safe route and that everyone needs to have a little color in their lives... I think your story was a rainbow... :)

AH! Wow. I KNEW that a little mini-confrontation between Emery and Caleb would be absolutely necassary. And it was done wonderfully. I really did miss Isabella in this chapter, but it's, of course, better that she wasn't there at all. Caleb needed his time to ponder and brood.

I would love for you to continue this, as I love your characters and think it's simply wonderful. Great update, as usual. :)

My gosh, do you know what I did when I was reading? I was clamping down on my mouth with my hands. I couldn't help but scream and panic. I saw it all in my head clearly and it was just, WOW. It's like watching a movie.

WONDERFUL update! Mrs. Blake is a horrible individual. God, that made me so mad I can hardly stand it.

I feel so sorry for Isabella and Caleb... But Isabella took a big step, standing up to her father like that. And Caleb was as heroic as he could have been in such a situation.

I really, really like Danny, despite how relatively minor his part has been so far.

Really well written. Straight romance isn't normally my thing and normally I find the heroine with low self worth to be generally over done, however I want to see what happens next. In a couple of chapters you've made the characters interesting to me.
