Ah! Now I see it. It's ridiculing the anonymous nature of the internet and tendency to express statements that are untrue. It also humorously alludes to the way in which people exaggerate to make themselves seem more interesting. I particularly enjoyed the parody of so many internet authors who are more aggressive with their words than they would ever be in person. And the way in which it mimics how people focus too much on their physical attributes when we, the reader, will never see them in person to care. And the useless hobbies! This is obviously a brilliantly written thesis on ridiculous behaviors of those authors that are native to FictionPress.
