"Limbs of mangled years stem into the maps of places..." Great imagery! It's also slightly morbid, which gives it a rather 'chilling' tone (which I liked!) :)

there's something so different about your writing, it is able to bluntly capture the feeling of hopelessness and futility and i quite like that.
