This story was very cool and extremely well written! What I think you should do is write another, longer story leading up to the killing of the boyfriend. Fascinating short. What drives a man to turn into such a beast? Her tolerance is also something that is known to happen, that even through the abuse, women continue to believe that the man loves them. It's an inescapable situation, and one that sadly turns out into the death of one or the other. Great job depicting it.
