I like the other-worldly feel to this poem, with the 'fairies' and 'waning moon' because it made the poem seem like it is a dream that many people have.
One thing I didn't like was the lack of structure, as there aren't any stanzas. I find it quite difficult to read poetry unless it's organised, but I think maybe with this one the lack of stanzas worked well because it provided a physical shape to the poem, which also made it seem magical in some way.
