It can be taken either literal, or metaphorical -

One could find the religion of 'the mother' or look at it, in terms of nature, animals need their mothers to survive.

The last verse "Bringf me seed" makes me think of humanity creating anew. Good job.

I love the capitalization of mother, but not i. Interesting. I think the second stanza is pretty strong, but regarding the poem as a whole, the imagery is not that original. I like your word choice however, such as "fecund", "lush loam", etc. Nice! Can't wait for you to post more chapters, this is definitely going on my Story Alert ;)

it sounds like a pregnancy poem
just at the end

but it has a lot of spring, a lot of nature
like you're actually inside of mother nature herself

It's fitting that you began with the genital-related chakra since it's Spring.

"Grace my flower." I'm glad that you alluded to the 'lotus' symbolism associated with this chakra.

I also like the fact that you're using the Eastern approach, and by implication, referring to the 'Upanishads.'
